Abstract [eng] |
The goal of the research is to propose a development plan for increasing employee alignment through improving communication at KeyProbject. The tasks below are set to be completed in order to reach the aim. The main tasks of the thesis: 1) To make a practical analysis of current situation of employee alignment at KeyProbject in order to find out which aspect of alignment needs development at KeyProbject 2) To develop a conceptual model in order to propose the development guideline for increasing employee alignment by means of communication 3) To Carry out an empirical research on employee alignment at KeyProbject 4) Based on empirical research result to propose the development plan for increasing employee alignment at KeyProbject by means of communication. |
