Abstract [eng] The first chapter covers the real ALSO Lithuania operational analysis of the situation in order to determine the relationship with the customer management processes. It contains an overview of activities outlining the specification of the company and capabilities compared to other IT distribution companies. Consumer segments are outlined according to their importance and potential as well as evaluating the significance ALSO Lithuania client and their loyalty to the company. The second section provides a theoretical part, which deals with the theory of CRM and loyalty review, provided the most advanced CRM and loyalty models, their relationship with the CRM process and the importance to the organization. The final section covers the study case and proposals for ALSO Lithuania customer relationship management process improvement.
