Abstract [eng] The concept of internal branding was formed and recognized by scientific community only in the nineties of the last century, however, the need of it for researches and theoretical explorations were seen in the earlier periods, more and more clear understanding that the obligatory condition for effective brand‘s creation is understanding of organization values and support from the inside.
