The purpose of this master thesis , is to investigate virtual team commitment within the projects. The study includes both practical reviews and also commitment factors of the virtual team and their members. So ideally a more close indepth study of the virtual team members and the organisations they belong too.Also to identify problems, and to establish the virtual team members actual commitment to the particular project and to further enhance team members commitment to the project. Based on these objectives, we aim to create and promote a solid model based on virtual team members commitment. |
