Scientific literature thoroughly discusses collaboration between public and private sector, business and academic institutions, technology and business researches. However, inter-team collaborations is often perceived as a matter of course as the teams are forced to work together. As a result, there is very little scientific literature, especially in Lithuanian, regarding the collaboration of different teams. The scientific problem of this paper sets to define which factors influence smooth collaboration between project teams. |
