Project portfolio management can be used as a modern business effective performance management tool. The aim should be to synchronize, consolidate and focus on the projects as a whole, not to individual projects, in order to ensure and achieve the set business goals. Projects and project management are the key tool to operate amidst change and thus maintain a competitive advantage in the market among the competitors. However, the question arises how to model the success of the project-oriented business portfolio, ensuring an efficient and profitable business activity, bringing together all elements of the project portfolio simulation. |
