Abstract [eng] High competition predominate in nowadays business. Manufacturing companies, which desire to stay successful, take a leadership in the market fall short with producing high quality products or leading in the technological innovations level. When profit decrease, companies are looking for new possibilities of activities, which can create added value for customer and for company as well. Servitization enable these abilities. Purpose: to reveal service integration in manufacturing system possibilities in textile company Lithuania subdivision. Object: service integration in manufacturing system possibilities. Findings: Service integration to manufacturing system is becoming more popular. Manufacturing companies start to integrate services to manufacturing process, when seek to sustain competition or to avoid stagnation in the market. Service integration helps for companies to reach their financial, strategic and marketing goals. Business logic and business model changes in the companies, which already supply services. It‘s very important for companies to choose right service integration strategy, listen attentively to clients needs and be open for changes. Analysed textile company has good possibilities to integrate servise in the manufacturing system. Company acts globally, has market for the services, supply services and sell products in different countries. It‘s learning and dynamic organization, quiet well open for the changes. Client and client‘s needs are centric. Company collaborate with clients, give special attention for new products design and creation. High competency employees work in the company. It supply high quality services, manufacture high quality products. Strategic desicions are held at parental company and subdevision activities depends on patronize company. Looking for more effective subdevision results, it‘s important to extend desicion making boundaries. Company has possibities to expand weaving, upholstery, cut and sew services. Gound warps production and fabric finishing services integration would require financial investment to technology, would strengthen Lithuania subdevision position at all company group level and Lithuania subdecision would become fabric distribution for customers centre.
