Modern organizations want to be flexible and competitive in the market, more and more often chose project organization method. These type organizations face to many challenges and one of the most important – project team turnover. New projects face to “reinventing the wheel” problem. This means, organization searches how to solve the problem, when the problem has been solved before. Successful knowledge transfer inter- and intra-projects can help to avoid “reinventing” and save more time. Nevertheless, project organizations often make same mistakes because of not effective knowledge capturing. Although much effort is put into project knowledge saving methodology, no greater progress has been achieved in the past decades. There is no applicable system to save project knowledge in temporal organizations. |
