In todays business competition, top managers agree that high potential work force is necessary for companys growth. Employees engagements is vitally important element, which has influence in organizations efficiency, inovations and competitiveness. One of effective way to motivate employee’s engagement is friendly work environment creation. Social work design characteristics is environment components, which can be improved without big tangible investments. Thesis problem: What influence employees’ engagement does social work design characteristics? Thesis aim: Research social work design characteristics influence on employees’ engagement. |
