Organisations apply various methods in order to ensure profitable business, positive advertisement, employee satisfaction, and social responsibility. It is the search of appropriate quality management systems and their implementation most of the time. International standards and widely used quality management practices are the main considered performance improvement methods. Organisations encounter some problems including employee resistance to policy changes and work practices. It is important to identify aspects which can be improved by quality management practices’ implementation and to select the most suitable improvement paradigm. The aim of this study is to reveal the organisational culture best suited for implementation of quality management practices. |
