Abstract [eng] Hence, high quality relations, from the customer‘s point of view, determine confidence and satisfaction towards organization‘s products and services. On the flip side, high quality relations, from the organization‘s perspective, determine consumer loyalty, implied value and positive intentions, which lead to a reduction of operating expenses, price sensitivity and increased gross margins. These results suggest that aforementioned factors as relationship quality are relevant to long-term business relationships.
