Abstract [eng] Customer relationship management in social media is gaining momentum as a compelling tool for increasing customer satisfaction and perceived value. Most brands are still in the early stage of customer relationship management model - the purpose of the use is only to increase profits. To fully exploit the power of social media to connect with customers and provide them benefits, brands have to give up traditional customer relationship management and begin to use innovative, customer relationship management in social media.
