Abstract [eng] The object of this Master’s thesis is the impact of revolutionary change on sustainable human resource management. The aim of this thesis is to investigate how revolutionary change impacts sustainable human resource management. In order to fulfill this task the research on theoretical as well as practical basis was performed. Theoretical research identified revolutionary change impact on sustainable human resource management and practical research investigated possible correlations between revolutionary change and sustainable human resource management.
