Employees, their knowledge, abilities, skills, qualifications, in other words – competences are the main engine of organizations in the modern world. Competitive advantage of the organization depends on cumulated and difficult to replicate assets of knowledge and the ability to use it. One of the most important objectives of the company today is to be competitive, and this can be gain by core competences. It‘s necessary to evaluate existing competencies, main elements and their interactions in order to reveal existing potential of the company, be able to use offered opportunities and manage effectively. |
