Abstract [eng] From numerous researches in HR and marketing fields it is evident that company's image is important factor influencing potential employee's behavior and decisions. When examining impact of employer's image on attracting desirable candidates, it is important to have in mind that it is an integral part of the whole image of the company, which is formed by perceptions of all stakeholders.
