Abstract [eng] During the intensive competition time, when the effectiveness of the work and the changes related to the innovation has to be at the highest level, the importance of the human resource management highly increases. The reason for this is that when the business company strategy changes, human resource management methods and strategy also needs to change. That is why there is a special need to talk about human resources management principles, which needed to follow in order to implement innovation strategy in organisation. Master‘s final thesis main aim: define the main principles of the Human Resources Management for the Implementation of Innovation Strategy. Scientific literature and it's analysis was used in order to analyze human resource management functions and to establish human resource management principles in innovation strategy. Qualitative study – interviewing and descriptive phenomenological analysis of the results was used in order to investigate the usability of human resource managment principles in organizations.
