Abstract [eng] Based on theoretical analysis, study concluded with conceptual framework of user experience creation in online gambling. This framework reflects the relationship between the theoretical constructs examined in the study: online gambling user experience is determined by user motivation for gambling, online gambling operators characterising factors and e-quality of gambling website. Positive online gambling user experience has its results – trust with the online gambling operator and intention to re-participate in online gambling. Conceptual framework of user experience creation in online gambling was empirically tested with online gambling operator users. All theoretical links between constructs were proven positive and conceptual framework was proven right. Empirical research pointed out gambling behaviour differences between genders and generations. Due to that all the study and it‘s solutions that have been made in this study could be used in practice or for further studies.
