Many companies in the world and in Lithuania, in particular those looking for new investment opportunities and creating service centres, choose the services of headhunter companies. Organizations are not yet formed in the market of the employer's image and have difficulties in attracting good employees. The three main reasons specified by the organisations choosing various recruitment companies include flexibility, speed and capacity in finding talents with specialized skills. Participants of the search and selection industry widely discuss future prospects and are unanimous about the necessity and inevitability of technologies; they also say that organisations must find a way of integrating new technologies in the models of recruitment and labour hire. The network of recruitment companies is very broad, covering related and unrelated services and products, interacting and competing with each other, therefore, organisations providing those services usually operate simultaneously in several segments. In the future, the shortage of highly skilled employees and importance of application of technologies in all fields of business will become more prominent in Lithuania and in the world. Organisations interested in the service will demand increasing the speed and quality in the talent search. |
