| Abstract [eng] |
The paper analyzed application of outsourcing as an alternative of service portfolio incentives and obstacles in project-based IT services companies: UAB Telesoftas, UAB NFQ Technologies, UAB Data Dog. The analysis was performed from a service provider perspective. Using a semi-structured interview method identified active outsourcing incentives and obstacles, highlighting commonalities and distinctiveness between the selected IT service companies. |
