Abstract [eng] |
Temporary employment is perceived as a permanent change result of working arrangements issues around the world and it has become a major phenomenon in the past three decades. Temporary employment growth in the use of force is one of the business's strategic responses to ever-increasing economic challenges and continuing need to develop more flexibility in human resources management strategy. In today's business success can be closely linked to its ability quickly change employee’s skills or quickly increase or decrease the number of employees. The recent phenomenon of temporary employment is one of the most studied aspect, because along with the need of increased flexibility and cost reduction, temporary employment is more widespread than ever before. |
