International business was developing very rapidly in recent decades. Globalization and internationalization rapidly increasing cross-cultural relationship possibilities, however at the same time increasing cross-cultural misunderstandings. A key of being successful in international business is local culture knowledge, identifying cross-cultural differences. Culture – the collective programming of the mind distinguishing the members of one group or category of people from others (Hofstede, 1980). Organization culture – collective values, beliefs and principles of all organization members. Organization culture, also, involve organization vision, mission, goals, norms, systems, symbols, habits, language, beliefs and other elements (Needle, 2004). |
