Abstract [eng] These days in a dynamic and competitive market, organizations need to search for solutions to increase competitive advantage in order successfully develop and support the activities, to be able timely respond and keep up with the market changes. The major future challenges which will be faced by business organizations, some of facing it already, is increasing competition, dynamic market and finding solutions how to attract and keep best talented employees. The main topic of the research is the future generations Y and Z employees and organization value proposition.
