Abstract [eng] Due to a growing shortage of talented employees, organizations have to find controversial strategies which could help recruit and retain employees. It was found that employer branding makes a significant influence in recruiting and retaining. In order to have one of the best employer brands, organizations have to differentiate themselves from other companies. The importance of value propositions, provided to employees by different channels helps to maintain employer brand. The times when all the strengths of the organizations were only seen in job adverts have already past. Now organizations have to provide certain values in social media channels where they have to decide which information brings the highest value to it.
