Abstract [eng] This article discusses the development of the algorithm and software for detecting the anomalies in MRI images. The main goal of the research is to increase the efficiency and the rate of disease diagnosis by creating a user-friendly and functional application for automatic anomaly detection. Anomaly detection algorithms were researched and software efficiency was tested. .NET platform, HD-BET tool, and ResNet model were chosen for the software development.
