Abstract [eng] Relevance of the topic. Quality assurance is an integral part of the success of companies in all sectors. As the use of software in everyday activities grows rapidly, so do customers' expectations of its quality and functionality. Products from IT companies that do not meet quality requirements can lead to serious consequences, such as loss of customer confidence, financial loss or even reputational damage. For this reason, quality assurance is considered important and can often become a strategic objective for a company. Company maturity, as an indicator of an organisation's ability to manage processes and ensure sustainable growth, is closely linked to the quality of the products or services it produces. As IT companies grow and move from one level of maturity to another, their approach to quality management, their ability to manage processes systematically, to use resources efficiently and to adapt to change changes. In lower maturity organisations, processes are often chaotic and unclear, and quality assurance is limited to reacting to existing problems. In contrast, higher maturity companies structure, document and analyse their processes and continuously improve them. In such companies, quality assurance becomes an integral part of the organisational culture. Although the topic is important and relevant, there is a dearth of studies in the literature that analyse the relationship between quality assurance and corporate maturity in the IT sector. Understanding this link is essential for more efficient organisation of processes, optimisation of resources and increasing the competitiveness of the firm. The relevance of this topic is not only theoretical, but also practical: companies that are able to successfully combine quality assurance processes with corporate maturity are better equipped to adapt to market changes and ensure the success of their business. For this reason, it is necessary to analyse the relationship between quality assurance and corporate maturity in the information technology sector. The object of the study – relationship between quality assurance and corporate maturity. The aim of the study – to show the relationship between quality assurance and corporate maturity in IT sector companies. Main results of the study. The study shows that quality assurance and corporate maturity in the IT sector are closely linked. The results showed that as the maturity of a company increases, the quality assurance processes become more standardised, automation is more widely and accurately applied, more tools are used, more resources are devoted to improving the competences of employees, and quality assurance becomes a strategic objective. This helps to increase customer satisfaction and allows faster adaptation to market changes. The study showed significant results when comparing maturity levels 3 to 4 and 4 to 5.
