Abstract [eng] Skeleton movement reconstruction from low quality videos is a widely used method, there are many types of these methods. This kind of method is being used in video games to recreate characters movements or to create inveractive gameplay when the player can control game character just by moving himself. Skeleton movement reconstruction is also being used in cinema industry, to create special effects. The skeleton reconstruction method that requires low quality video created in this work, doesn't require expensive resources compared to the other motion capture methods. By setting up requirements and goals of how to create such method, a system was created that operates by OpenCV motion capture library basis and uses low cost components for its proper functioning. After calculating and measuring work results, in summary it is save to say, that this work have proven right, that it is indeed possible to reconstruct hand movement effectively and qualitatively by using a couple of low cost 480x320 resolution webcams.
