Abstract [eng] In this paper, we present KATH - a No-Coding Data Processing system designed to assist genetic researchers at Harvard University in their work on mutations in the human genome related to eyesight pathologies. We aim to deploy a no-coding solution that can enable R&D researchers untrained in programming skills to process data from open-source gene databases with advanced DNA processing algorithms via the application of a Large Language Model (LLM) based instruction interpreter. The paper presents the overview of the design system and the current status of the project.
