For Kaunas University of Technology, as well as other organizations, it is important to know how to improve their performance. One of the most important factors to improve the performance is the quality of education. There are many methods to verify this. One of the modern tools is business intelligence tools. It has a few instruments to explore data, one of which is data mining. In this paper, solution is developed by using the SQL Server database and its services. Powered software can predict the outcomes of university studies and determine which students will drop out of the university. It can also analyze the text in the questionnaires of quality study – evaluate the quality of one or another subject. Such an analysis is carried out using a phrase dictionary which is filled by an expert. The system's user interface is implemented using ASP.NET web-forms. The study also included the calculation of how long it takes an expert to assess the dictionary phrases, as well as how accurately data mining models make predictions. Finally, text coloring was implemented to indicate the dictionary phrases in a study quality form. |
