The problem of financial, economical and other type of data transmitions is one of the most important question in our days organizations. Organizations may choose more or less expensive ERP systems for their business. Those, which are more expensive, can give more opportunities for organizations later, ‘cause you can expand this kind of systems by adding additional modules according to your organization’s needs. Other organizations chooses more constricted ERP systems, having less opportunities and modules. In our days, more and more organizations chooses SQL or other servers systems for their data analysis. That is probably because of the less recourses or probably the reason is convenience. These systems has itself such tools as data warehouse, where all the organization’s data are stored. In data warehouses all data are transformed according to specific needs, stored in data marts and later it can be easily transformed again by using now server tools. By using this information, you can create data cubes, which gives you an opportunity to see your data in different sections (layers), so it lets you to analyze your data in different dimensions, group them by choosing a form or system that we need. It‘s very important to evaluate your company correctly, its capabilities in order to choose a suitable system. Sometimes it‘s better to pay more, invest into the installation of this system and prevent yourself from lots of problems later. In this work I would like to analyze some of such kind of systems, designed for the transmitions of important data in organization, analyze and reveal its advantages and disadvantages, give examples. |
