During the fast economic change, are increasingly emphasizing the importance of the knowledge society, changing requirements of modern education systems, organizes the free, creative, capable of lifelong learning, man. Both the teacher and the learner must be able to take advantage of modern information technology and mobile opportunities, but it allows a better quality of life-long learning. The transition from elearning to mlearning influenced these factors: an increase in popularity of wireless technology, the ability to learn moves, extended portable (handheld called) device characteristics need to learn anytime, anywhere, maximizing study time. Mobile technology, which replaced the long-prevailing notion of personal communications, helping to communicate expeditiously study. Thus, one of the mobile communication functions are strengthening the informal communication between students. Based on these and claiming it was decided to develop a system for communicating in Moodle environment, using mobile technology. |
