Creative organizations are trying to strike a balance between business and creativity when creating a creative environment for knowledge, at the same time, encourages employees to develop creative work and produce new products that meet market needs. The studies reveal what factors engaging a creative organization‘s management system in knowledge aspect are significant and would fill gaps in scientific knowledge, as well as a model of engagement of management system specialized for that sector in knowledge aspect would be developed, bringing together the creative dual objectives of the organization - individual creativity and employment benefits from a commercial. Having theoretically analyzed the terminology of creative industries and the concept of the creativity, the concept of creative organization has been defined as well as the fundamental duality of creative organization was based. Having analyzed creative organization as one of the types of organizations, the main features and characteristics, key creative components of the organization and their settings were identified. Having analyzed the engagement of management system of creative organization, the duality of creative organization‘s management system has been substantiated and the distinctive factors engaging creative organization‘s management system have been based. Applying a systematic approach, an engagement model of management system of creative organization was designed as well as the methodology allowing systematically engaging creative organization's management system. Having completed the empirical research, theoretically significant knowledge was defined about the factors engaging creative organization‘s management system in knowledge aspect. |
