Abstract [eng] |
This paper presents a methodology allowing analysis of different main structures (foundations, walls, roof, windows) for low-rise residential building and select the best match according to the selected criteria. The study was carried out using three multicriteria decision making methods – COPRAS, TOPSIS and ARAS. The analysis methodology is based on these three techniques. Main constructions are evaluated according to five key criterias - heat transfer coefficient, material cost, environmental friendliness, durability and longevity. Expert evaluation and calculations results show that the first three are identified as the most important. The issue of a practical example - the low-rise residential building model with the main building structures best corresponding to the selected criteria. |
