Abstract [eng] Construction Master's final goal - to get acquainted with a new generation of innovative materials, polymer composite rebar, to present its advantages and disadvantages. It is designed a production technology of polymer composite rebars. It carries out a research project, which aims to identify the different dimensions of steel and polymer concrete rebar impact bending strength and analyzes the influence of alkaline corrosion polymeric reinforcement and identifying ways to protect. In the final work, there are law acts and regulation that have to be considered if one wants to start a new construction. Architectural and constructive elements of a building is defined. There is an estimation concrete column and selected structural reinforcement, as well as economic calculations and safety measurements for work and environment control requirements are given. In the graphic part, there are plans that depict the architecture of the building, technological production line, as well as in the cyclogram of movement the product and equipment and schedule of production times operation. The final work contains of 85 pages of explanatory part, 5 plans, and 16 pages of appendix.
