Abstract [eng] |
Lithuania is plenty of old apartment houses with obsolete constructions and engineering systems. Condition of these systems is unenviable: house-heating systems are off balance and consequently heating is very poor. Wastewater, rainwater, sewerage and water supply systems are either in emergency condition or very close to that. Some premises have mold because of inexistent well-functioning ventilation system. Electrical network of such houses is calculated according to soviet standards and thus is constantly overloaded with modern electronic appliances. Due to the mentioned problems, life in such houses becomes overpriced, inconvenient and unsafe. The aim of the work is to determine how the engineering systems’ modernisation positively affect the house. The thesis provides an overview of the modern engineering systems, such as wastewater and rainwater drainage, water supply, ventilation, electric and heating systems. Analysis of different scientific and technical literature as well as document study (such as guides, standards and construction technical regulations) were used while preparing the project. Apartment’s house situated in Panevėžys , in Molainių st. 56 was used for the empirical study. |
