This final master‘s project analyzes the theoretical foundations and production technology of suspended fertilizers. Due to the balance of nutrients, suspension fertilizers were proposed with the percentage of the main NPK nutrients: 12-12-12 and technological recommendations for the production of proposed suspension fertilizers were presented. In the literature review, an overview of the raw materials, production technology, properties consumption and benefits of suspension fertilizers for plants was accomplished. The research part presents the used raw materials, material balance of proposed 12-12-12 suspension fertilizers, chemical analysis methods and physical - chemical properties. In addition, the influence of additives for stabilization of suspension fertilizers was evaluated. The engineering part presents the production technology of suspension fertilizers and the calculations of constructive parameters of the stirred tank reactor. Occupational safety and health risk assessment is described. |
