Abstract [eng] |
During the final year of the construction engineering the heating of the house and its consumption is very significant in both the designing the house, as well as building it. Hence, decreasing the consumption of heat energy is a very important topic. the objective of the final assessment is to analyse a single apartment. meeting class B requirements, heat energy consumption and adaptation to class A efficiency requirements. There is also the analysis of barriers parts of key walls in a living house. In the assessment there is adjustment and analysis of class B house elements by applying them to class A efficiency class requirements. Furthermore, the technical and economical indexes of partitions are determined. There also are alternatives to greenhouse materials given without changing the key parts of the whole design, such as exterior design, the inner spacing of the building, or the supporting constructions. All partition parts are analysed by application of the modern, up to date materials, methods and technologies. There is also the assessment of the significance of windows to the heat loss properties of the building. This assessment includes the evaluation of useful and excess heat flow through clear partitions. The main objectives are analysed thoroughly, the conclusion and evaluation of the assessment is provided, as well as suggestions. The final assessment consists of 4 chapters, where there is the main analysis of single apartment, optimization of solutions for the main objective, conclusion, and the bibliography as well as the appendix. |
