In the final master‘s work sixteen blocks of flats have been reviewed before the modernisation and after it. Consumption of thermal energy is examined after the modernisation, the price of buildings modernisation for one square metre, decreasing of gas amount causing greenhouse effect. The opportunities of renovated buildings utilization is analyzed, after finishing period of existence. The research has been carried out for eight renovated precast blocks of flats and eight brick-built blocks of flats. According to the data graphic comparisons of thermal energy consumption have been presented. |
