Abstract [eng] |
This Master‘s Thesis investigates the the moisture content influence on mineral wool thermal conductivity by using experimental method, quantitative determines the heat transfer coefficient changes with increasing water content in mineral wool. Chapter 1 revises literature and performed researches. The characteristics of used material, investigation methodology and equipment are described in chapter 2, in the 3rd chapter – presents obtained results analysis. The study reveals that the thermal conductivity of rockwool is growing rapidly by increasing the water content. Basing on the experimental results it is found that there is a functional relationship between the thermal conductivity coefficient λ and long-term water absorption Wp. Equations describing thermal conductivity changes are presented. |
