Abstract [eng] |
This final master's project deals with the technology of seed dressing with bioorganic materials. Every year the increasing importance of ecology encourages the search for ecological solutions in agriculture. Agricultural fields are being depleted due to intensive farming and the use of various chemicals, so it was decided to cover the wheat seeds Triticum aestivum with bioorganic materials, which would contain fertilizers and auxiliary materials for obtaining a better yield and improving soil properties. The master's project investigated the seed dressing solution and its composition. Since the topic of the project concerns the ecological concept, it was decided to use less chemicals. It was chosen to make a solution with bioorganic powder which contains soil beneficial bacteria, molasses for seed coating and UAN fertilizer solution as plant nutrients. After determining the appropriate concentrations of the seed dressing solution, it was chosen a drum granulator - dryer for seed dressing in the laboratory. The quality of the coating was performed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The viability of bacteria was tested by growing them in Petri dishes. During the research it was found that molasses, due to its adhesive properties, can be suitable as a material and adhesive properties of the solution depending on the concentration of water and molasses. Seed dressing in the drum granulator covers the seeds properly and also does not harm the viability of the bacteria. The master's project presents the technologic scheme for seed dressing, technological and material calculations. There is provided economic and financial indicators, building drawing and structural decisions, environmental assessment and prevention, worker safety and health, work hygiene and fire safety. |
