Abstract [eng] The master's thesis examines various adsorptive and catalytic properties of modified aluminum phosphate zeotypes. AlPO-5-Cu(NO3)2 and AlPO-5-CuO zeotypes of copper substituted aluminum phosphates produced by microwave hydrothermal synthesis, maintaining the molar ratio of 1 Al2O3 : 1 P2O5 : 0.8 TEA : 0.05 CuO : 225 H2O. A useful method of X-ray diffraction analysis confirms the formation of AlPO4-5 crystals, and the calculation of crystal lattice parameters substantiates the isomorphic intercalation of copper into the structure of aluminum phosphate. The adsorption properties of the produced zeotypes for chromium ions were investigated and the main parameters of adsorption equilibrium and kinetics were calculated. The obtained experimental data are best described by Freundlich (the coefficient of determination R2 of all adsorbents is close to 1) and pseudo - second order models. The catalytic activity of copper-substituted aluminum phosphate zeotypes was investigated in the complete oxidation reaction of propyl acetate. Better catalytic properties with the catalyst AlPO-5-C(NO3)2 - when the catalyst is active, the value of the degree of conversion of propyl acetate at 300 C° is as high as 98%, and the CO2 yield of the complete oxidation reaction product is 812 mg/gcat. The most effective catalyst - AlPO-5-Cu(NO3)2 - was selected and a technological scheme for air purification from propyl acetate was presented.
