The most important production parameter is automatization. Product price, production time, quantity and qualification of personal, quality, depends on it. In this work are analysed various of semiautomatic lathe automatization possibilities, their constructions and technologies, advantages and disadvantages. Basis on this to create an automatization improvement. To finish parts after automatic lathe is developing an automatization device. To remove a burrs, cut a groove, form a screw and etc. Device is mounted on the body of the machine, adjusting and calibrating is manually. Pneumatic actuators are controlling using machine numerical control, by connecting existing drives parallel. Device functional purpose to serve a workpieces in to semiautomatic machine work zone - three cams grab or collet. Device job has to be an uninterrupted, rapid, reliable, suitable for industry. Machine delay while changing – minimal. In the final chapter there is economical calculations to find out the price of device, payback time and etc. |
