Abstract [eng] |
In Master's final project significant tympanic membrane mechanical properties indentified in literature were analysed. Most important charasteristics of the finite element model were described by refering to the literature. Healthy tympanic membrane numerical models that differ in geometry were modeled. Selection of the most appropriate type of finite element was made and finite element models were formed, with each differing in geometry and material properties. Eigenfrequencies of the model used and the frequency of numerical analysis were carried out, depending on the geometry and material properties. The variation in displacement amplitude of eardrum depending on the cone angle of the membrane was determined. Different prototypes of tympanic membrane were created and using method of holographic interferometry forms of eigenfrequencies were aquired. Comparison of numerical and experimental analysis was made. Experimental techniques approved FE model suitability for numerical analysis. |
