Employee trust is an important resource for an organization. Wars, pandemics, and cyber attacks in the modern world have many negative effects on the economy, the work environment, and the well-being of individuals. In order to survive these unexpected situations, some organizations have to make major changes. The high importance of trust raises the question of what factors determine organizational trust in an organization during a crisis. |
