Despite recent societal recognition of the importance of gender, older women managers still face significant challenges related to gender stereotypes. These stereotypes form a negative attitude of society and organizations, directly affecting their career prospects and having them seek professional development and take up leadership positions. Gender stereotypes and age discrimination in organizations are important factors that have a negative impact on the career development of employees, especially for older female managers. The impact of these stereotypes affects not only the career orientation of individual individuals, but also the competitiveness of the entire organization and its ability to adapt to the changing needs of the labor market. |
