Abstract [eng] Research on the hybrid working model analyses the benefits and challenges for employees and organisations. Some of the studies show that hybrid working can pose challenges to maintaining an organisational culture. There are also different perspectives in the academic literature on the links between the new model and organisational values and collaboration.
