The real estate sector is important for the country’s sustainable economic growth. The financial crisis (2007-2008) has revealed that fluctuations in the real estate market have an impact on the economic well-being of legal and natural entities. Therefore, the challenges of the last years (2020-2023) have had a significant impact on the economic stability of the Baltic States, leading to social tensions in society. The subject of this thesis is the Baltic real estate market. The aim of the thesis is to assess how the Baltic real estate market is affected by economic fluctuations caused by geopolitical events. |
