Abstract [eng] Salary system is a subtle and specific part of the organisational structure, its main principle is the application of the fair salary to all employees of the organisation. When applying the salary system in the industrial organisation, the proper evaluation of every employee's contribution for the sake of the organisation must be taked into consideration. The fact that the profit results of the manufacturing organisation also directly depend on the quality of the work performed by the employees and the quality, must also be assessed.
