Sucessful procurement management of material resources in manufacturing companies are most important parts in order to work effectively and efficiently. It helps to monitor financial supplies, reduce inputs, improve process of production, sales and distribution departments. It is important to achieve maximum results with minimum amount of resources used in manufacturing companies. The object of this work is procurement optimization of material resources in manufacturing company. The aim is to present solutions which help to optimize procurement management of material resources in manufacturing company. The study consists of problem analysis, theoretical decisions how to optimize procurement management of material resources, research methodology, results and discussion of material resources‘ procurement management optimization in UAB Haltex. |
