Crop insurance became one of the fastest developing ranges of insurance services sectors in Lithuania. But according aforesaid authors more detailed investigations are necessary which could reveal the factors determining the consumers’ satisfaction with crop insurance service and add the conception of crop insurance system with investigations’ results about the consumers’ satisfaction with service. So there’s hypothesized in the work – what factors determine the consumers’ satisfaction with crop insurance service and what are system’s development opportunities. During the empiric investigation it was revealed that the consumers’ satisfaction was determined by the factors of knowable value, functional (process) and technical (result) quality, the consumers’ expectations and image. |
