In our modern world, as huge social ,economical and environmental problems occurs , organizations and institutions were encouraged to find new holistic aspects of organizations management methods. With this approach, the organizational activity in organizations is more oriented into personal values, and the search of emotional and personal feelings. This helps to realize, that the work becomes more meaningful, because people works not only with their mind, but with their spirit as well, when the work itself brings satisfaction and joy to the person. These processes accelerates when the existing system meets the purpose needs within the organization, which means that personal values coincides the values of the organization. So new business paradigm is formed – organizational spirituality. |
